Context
Agora is the platform real estate investment firms use to raise capital, serve investors and run fund operations. The buyers are fund managers and finance teams: careful, detail-driven, and wary of anything that looks unproven.
I joined as the only designer. Today I lead the creative: setting visual directions, reviewing all output, and managing in-house and freelance designers and motion designers.
Bringing AI into the brand team
- Built the Agora brand system inside Claude, so the wider team can produce on-brand work from the same guidelines
- Set up workflow automations for repetitive production tasks
- Brought AI into the creative process for concepting, imagery and iteration
