Website
A clearer product story, on a site that grew from 10 to 60+ pages.
- Role
- Senior Brand & Marketing Designer
- Year
- 2023–Present
- Scope
- Site architecture, Page templates, Landing pages
Context
The site had 10 pages. The product, the audience segments and the marketing team were all growing faster than it could.
Challenge
Visitors couldn't tell what Agora does, and the site didn't convert. It also had to grow fast with the product without losing performance, usability or consistency.
Decision
The homepage as the anchor
- Problem
- Hotjar and HubSpot showed visitors weren't getting the product story before they left.
- Decision
- A more detailed, tighter product story on the homepage, which became the central anchor. Service and product pages branch off it.
- Why
- One strong hub creates engagement and sends each visitor down the branch that fits them, instead of many pages each telling part of the story.
Outcome
The site grew from 10 to 60+ responsive pages while keeping strong performance, usability and visual consistency.
Engagement measurably improved after the revamp, tracked in Hotjar and HubSpot.
