02 — The why
A brand ready for its next chapter.
Agora had outgrown its brand. Next to the product it looked dated and generic, the site didn't explain what Agora does or for whom, and it didn't convert.
The goal: a brand as confident as the platform, without losing the trust Agora already had with fund managers.
03 — The shift
From familiar to distinctive.
More confident
New type and a bolder palette. Urbanist and GT Super replace Nunito Sans and Merriweather, and orange moves up to lead as the accent.

More human
Ads that talk like people: everyday pain points, real faces, one clear ask.
More expressive
Room for art direction, starting with how the product is drawn.
Illustrated moments in the platform, each one distilled from a single feature: the investor list, an e-signature, a document upload, the investor portal. Some of them move.
Icons
A custom icon set I designed for Agora: ten icons built from simple, rounded shapes in the brand's navy, blue and orange.
More cohesive
Service, software and what's new, mapped as one platform under one mark.
04 — The new expression
A new visual attitude.
The mark at the center, the platform in orbit around it.
05 — In the real world
Designed to be seen.
Everything a prospect sees outside the product. I create or review every piece before it ships.
The sales deck is one story built from modules: sales picks the slides for each prospect, and every pitch stays on brand and on message.

Product launch
A 70-second launch film for Email Studio, Agora's new way to design and send branded marketing emails from inside the platform.
It speaks to IR and capital markets teams, who otherwise juggle external tools or settle for plain emails. Fundraising announcements, newsletters and investor updates now come from the same place they manage investors and deals.

06
From evolution to system.
A stronger visual direction was only the beginning.
The next step was turning it into a system that could scale.
